"In airports, dining options can be limited or simply way overpriced. Since Chili's is a chain, you have an idea of what to expect and prices are reasonable. Seating at this airport terminal location is limited (by gate C-35); it depends on key hours. On the first part of my trip, I went here for a burger and loved it. Service was great and friendly, and the food was awesome. I highly recommend their burgers and fries. You can add-on items like avocado, bacon, and more. On my return, there was a cold snap, and the whole airport was in turmoil. I decided I would try their bowl of chili. I've had many different kinds of chili over the years; I can say this was way too salty and caustic with too much spice. I can't believe I'm writing that because I love salt and spicy food! I thought it would be comfort food, but it was difficult to eat even part of it. If there was ground beef present, it was undiscernible. Other than the chili, everything else was either great or acceptable. On your bill, there is a code to scan to pay online. I could never get it to work, so I eventually had the server charge me at the table."

"I was amazingly shocked by a Chili's restaurant being across from my gate during my travels. Even crowded I was able to get a seat quickly. The wait staff was courteous and attentive. Most importantly the food was delivered quickly and it was a great experience. Definitely will be looking for this Chili's location when going through Dallas Fort Worth Airport."

"Don’t come in the evening I guess. Initially, I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion salad, but the chicken was squishy, paid extra for two slices of avocado, came out w dressing and returned. The squishy chicken was on the second salad. Very scant toppings, and overall a sad salad. When I mentioned that the salad was not up to par, I ordered chicken crispers. Something like little league concession stand grub was slapped in front of me, and when I asked if this was right, and that I remembered them having a soft batter-like chicken crisper in the past, the waitress said they don’t get the same ingredients as “on the street” Chili’s. Overall, terrible quality food, and distracted, cold service from the servers. Managers should coach up and be present. I know we’re captive to the whims of the airlines, but this is a chain, so they need to at least attempt to do better."

"Wow! The food and customer service is excellent!! A good place to sit down and eat on a layover. The portions are excellent and I love the triple appetizer! Which I actually order as a meal for myself. The salads were great and the drinks were ice cold! A selection of Good Tex-Mex food and the prices are fair. You can sit and watch sports, news, and the weather while enjoying your meal. You can grab a beer, wine, or something stronger at the bar!"
