"Should’ve read the reviews first before coming here. I paid $23 for this. Poor quantity and the brisket is mid. Never coming back here"

"Employees had no idea about anything being gluten free, tried to give me bread with my plate even though I said I can't eat wheat. Had 2 meat plate. Chicken was good. Brisket was stringy, not slices. Also dry. Only 1 sauce container for the two meats. Hoping they don't gluten their meats."

"I had a Giant Baker. The flavor was really good, just the meat and potato a bit dry. The sweet sauce was wonderful."

"The only thing redeeming was the friendliness of the staff serving you. The brisket, pulled pork, and chicken were dry to the point it’s hard to chew. Canned beans as a side and then the Mac and cheese also probably from a box. Baked potato was not even hot enough to melt the cheese placed on top, and also burnt hard shards of brisket served on top. More than likely will never try this chain again."

"Brisket was dry and chewy like it was over cooked or under the lamp for too long. They also ran out of all drinks so I didn’t even bother getting the combo. Casserole was fine. Employees were nice and gave good recommendations"
