"A solid 4 stars. For an airport restaurant, they serve a pretty good BBQ. It's cooked off site of course. I spoke with one of the staff about how they cook the brisket as it had a huge smoke ring and was told they cook for 24hrs in a rotisserie style smoker at 165F, unwrapped for the 1st 12h and the double wrapped in butchers paper for the 2nd 12h. The collard greens and potatoe salad were also above average. If you like BBQ and at in Teminal B at DFW, it's worth dropping in for a feed."

"Hands down, best BBQ in the DFW airport."

"Food was pretty tasty, but a few things left a bad taste in my mouth. Ha! First, the advertisers in DFW showed a nice plate of sliced brisket. The location apparently only sells pre packaged sandwiches, no sliced brisket. No fancy plates, just Styrofoam disposables. The sides are all pre packaged. You grab a little container out of a walk up cooler. Who knows how long they have barren there? The place is just a room with a cooler and a couple of tables. Not worth the cost. No table service, just walk up. On the plus side, the food was all good. And they serve beer."

"Stood first in line waiting for the 3 staff to finish chatting. By the time they were done, others had joined. Not impressed. Food was ok. The meats were good but the Mac and cheese was mushy and over cooked."

"Surprisingly great food for an airport location. I'm pretty sure they don't have a smoker out on the tarmac, but you wouldn't know it! Chopped brisket and pork were both juicy and flavorful ( I just had sandwiches so I can't speak for the sides...and yes, I had two sandwiches for lunch!) The brisket was especially good. If you are anywhere near Concourse B and don't mind the walk to B47, it's definitely worth the trip! Great BBQ, good portions of meat on their sandwiches, and reasonable prices (I think two sandwiches were under $15)."
