"I visit this location often because I work in the airport. I came in early so the workers were different. I usually don’t have any issues and have a pleasant experience. However today was horrible. The worker I interacted with was just rude and unprofessional. I asked for her name so I could file a formal complaint (of course she did not have on a name tag). She said no you can speak to the supervisor. I agree to her suggestion. She proceeded to get her personal cellular phone and speak with who she stated was her supervisor via phone. She then informed me if I wanted to speak to her supervisor I could speak to her on her (the worker personal cellular phone). The worker stated the supervisor was in a back area. I ask if she could come to the floor because I was not going to speak to her on an employee phone. They said I could wait. No one came. I left and went to work. Not a good experience at all."
"Always out of something. Unable to get what I wanted 3 out of last 4 visits....very disappointed.."
"Legitimately the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The wait for the drink was super long (not their fault), however they made my drink very wrong and when I went back to ask to remake it, I was told I would have to wait until they filled all the orders in front of me. In addition, they were out of coffee, so people who made mobile orders for a pike had to wait 20 minutes only to be told that their order could not be fulfilled."
