"Short wait so over to the bar got a round of drinks. Out of house margaritas so next choice but to get the patron. Would’ve been nice if they added the patron to the drink. Over 30 for the 2 and almost 50 when you add a glass of wine and a bottle of beer whew. No appetizer this time but some of them looked really good. The cedar plank salmon was as good as advertised. The chicken sandwich huge and big helping of fries. And the pasta with shrimp, sausage and ham. So good! Lightly swimming in a flavorful sauce. And Sarah took great care of us. Really friendly on top of everything all with a big smile. Seemed very reasonably priced for the food and will be back to try other offerings. Oh and the shrimp spread that she brought us. I could’ve had just that. Slight hint of horseradish so good. Try this place out"

"Seating was available quickly at 5:45. Stuffed fish was a little overcooked. Salmon plank was good, just slightly heavy on the glaze. Pablano soup was good and spicy. Overall, it was a little pricey for the quality received. The Creme Brule was great."

"Definitely enjoyed dinner here! The best restaurant I’ve been to locally in Midlo. My waitress was nice, recommended food, drinks and both recommendations were great! This will be a weekly treat for me. Great prices for upscale dining. My only recommendation is better plating. Another guest mentioned the plating in another review and I think they can improve on that a little since the visuals of fine dining are important. However by no means is this anything to deter anyone. Go here and do not wait. I recommend 100%! I will take more photos next time but my food was too good and I was hungry. I had strawberry margaritas with David’s Chicken Pasta."

"Came here on a Friday early evening after work. It's a beautiful restaurant with church pews for seating. We order the Seafood Platter, Cedar Plank Salmon and the Pecan Crusted Chicken. Also had Fried Grits to start. All dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The prices were very reasonable post pandemic. The servers were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming again and trying other dishes."

"Decided to give Wilson’s a try & I’m so glad we did! Even just after opening on a Thursday the place had a nice crowd. We ordered clam chowder & poblano soup (absolutely wonderful) for starters. Hubby had the cedar plank salmon which was very tasty & I had the pecan crusted trout which is some of the best I’ve ever had. There wasn’t just a few pecans crumbled over the top - it was a nice crunchy thick layer. The throat was flaky & very good. Our friendly waitress had our meals out in a timely manner. We’ll definitely be back."
