"1 star is generous. Dirty and unorganized location, high school looking kids working who are on their phone not paying attention to anything or anyone. The worst, driest, and greasiest wings ever. They tasted like they’ve been dropped multiple times in oil. They were drier than the Turkey served at National lampoons Christmas dinner. No amount of water could help those extremely dry redropped cold wings."

"First off we ate in the store. We've picked up a few times from here and had less than good experiences so we decided to eat in. my wings were cold They were way over sauced The fries and Cajun corn were so salty I couldn't eat them Do not go to this location. We've been to other wing stop locations that were better. Either the whole chain has gone down over the past 10 years or this location is the worst."

"Normally have a pretty good experience with online ordering. Wish the interior drink area was a bit cleaner. Majority of the time our order typically has a little extra food. I always have to request extra cook time on fries, which is a hit or miss whether they actually do it. Love the wings, fries and chicken strips."

"Sorry. First time at this location and was very disappointed... 8 people working, one up front, part time.... totally ignored for about 15 minutes after we came through the door. We had to ask ... cwhere do we order please. Hexrang it up as I told him what was needed. Gave me a price, I handed the cash as he told me the order he had taken... order was wrong so we re did the order. New total. More cash. Just a total mess. No one from the back was willing to step up front to help this young man at the counter. I really would appreciate all food items to be contained in a to go box also. They knew it was to go before he gave me the cash needed total. Irritating..."

"Got the new Cajun meal deal and it was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've had. It was very dry, barely no sauce and the bun was so hard I think it was expired Walmart buns fished out of the dumpster. Also, it took 40 minutes to make a sandwich and fries. This review doesn't matter much since the owner or store manager doesn't read or respond to them and try to rectify all the complaints. At the time of this review, this store has a rating of 2.9. I think that is a record low for Midlothian. The manger and company should be embarrassed."
