"I have just got to stop coming all together because the workers attitude is just as nasty as the drinks they serve. Contact number is a regular personal number. **update** I went back and asked the policy about not liking a drink, still is to contact starbucks corporate FOR A REFUND, I don't always want money back I want a coffee to make it through my day, so I'm back with an updated review. THE WORKERS NAME IS SHAY, So since when do you have to like something that is disgusting and have to be okay with it as a customer? This is outrageous."

"I work in the building and decided to try this location. I ordered a chai latte and specifically requested easy ice as I do not like my drinks ice cold. My drink was prepared with A ALOT of ice and when I requested to have some of the ice taken out, I was met with an attitude and annoyance by the older lady that works there. I’ve been to other locations and the employees are so friendly and accommodating of my request. When I finally tasted the drink, it wasn’t good at all and I was very disappointed. I won’t be returning."

"Terrible customer service at this location and just pure laziness. I have a client within this building and everytime I come here the drink is just disgusting and I end up throwing it away. The worker named Shay had a good attitude with her co workers but not the customers who matter. I remembered that the last two times I didn't like the drink and threw them away. So before i left i tried my drink this time, I quickly told this worker about the drink, she asks "what's wrong with it" in a really rude manor, annoyed by my complaint, but is was soo slow and they were talking around, so my response was, "honestly I don't know what was missing i just know its disgusting and not like my normal caramel macchiato from other stores." then she states we cant do a refund if you don't like the drink call corporate for a refund. I asked for a manager and she said something like she was busy or in the restroom, not sure... I tried calling management but the number on google is fake. This is a new location and the staff is really going to be the down fall for this location. switch up the attitudes and hire someone who wants to work."

"SHAY AND GABBY!!!!! One of the best Starbucks employees I have ever met. They not only make the best drinks but they have such a positive energy that makes me and all my coworkers continue to come back. They really brighten our work day and have the best recommendations for what to order. Love love love love love this location!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The worst starbucks i’ve ever been to! The app said my drink was going to be ready by 8:48 AM. I walked over at 8:50 AM, they were not busy at all and people that were ordering there were getting their orders before me. Makes no sense if you’re ordering ahead through the app. The staff and manager saw me there standing, waiting on my order and not once did they approach me to ask me about it. A few minutes after 9AM I had to ask the manager how much longer for my order and she said they didn’t have the inclusion for my drink. It’s ridiculous I had to ask for it myself if they saw me there standing! Horrible customer service. I asked for a refund she said I had to get with corporate. Never going back. My coworkers had all bad experiences and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. All Houston Center employees shouldn’t go there and give them their money, go to the Main & Dallas location instead! They are faster & the staff is much nicer!"
