"There was plastic in my slushee. Food here used to be alright but every day it gets worse. Went in today for something simple, a cherry slushee with nerds. Not only was there a small scoop of nerds on top of the slushee, but there was a piece of plastic in it as well. On top of that, it was a mess on the outside. The guy said “sorry if it’s messy” and didn’t even bring any napkins. Save your money or try a different Sonic"

"I like to get a cherry limeade to take to work. I work the night shift at Walmart. I arrived at sonic at 9:30 because my shift starts at 10pm. All I wanted was a drink. After I hit the button the voice said closed?? Ummmm what, your website says 11pm. This was a Wednesday. Hit the button again. And once again said closed. I said all I want is a large drink and why are you closing early?? The young man said we are not closing early, I said no yes you are the website says 11pm and so does your hours of operations on the door. Then all the lights went off. And this is actually the second time this has happened?? I’ve seen at least 5 people inside the store."

"I usually love Sonic, but today was a terrible experience. Wanted to grab something quick to take home, and when I got home I opened up my number 1 meal (Burger) and was disgusted by what I saw. I ended up driving back and letting them know I had just ordered there and showed them my burger. They seemed uninterested in helping at first, but after I handed them my bag they took it and made a new one. Sadly, I will have to check my food before I pull out of the parking lot from now on. Wont be coming back to eat here for awhile, if at all."

"3 times ive been to this Sonic, 3 times ive been disappointed.. Its the worst location ive experienced, which is a shame because usually i like sonic. This one is awful quality. They barely even assemble the food. They act like they couldn't be bothered to provide customer service. This time, my large fries were half full and far from fresh, clearly just what was left in the bottom of the warmer. My drink is 90% ice. My burger is soggy on the bottom (not even on the condiment side, like it's been sitting on a cold surface and condensation formed) and has just has one big core chunk of lettuce."
