"First time trying out Bibo’s, and will never return. My girlfriend and I sat down and ordered two entrees, with no additions, modifications, etc. We ordered as the meals were offered on the menu. I say this because after over 45 minutes of waiting and receiving nothing other than water, two other tables that came in after us had their food served, one of which was a very large order, far larger than our own. No mention was given as to when our food would be ready or why it was taking so long, nor why other customers were being served when we were not. After nearly an hour, we left and went to a different restaurant not far down the road that was delicious and timely."

"This was my first time visiting and we were shocked by the cozy ambiance of the restaurant and area. Parking was easy and real close to the restaurant and the food was some of the best in the Houston area. The spring rolls had plenty of flavor and the sauces hit the spot. The team working here all greeted us with smiles and remained hospitable through the night. Well done and we will return,"

"I’m not a hard person to please, but this experience was bad. Been here a few times previously so decided to go here for my birthday lunch. Walked in with no one to greet us. We sat down and took 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Food was below average and quality has gone down a lot. Dumplings were cold and hard. The sandwich bread was stale. Ordered soda and it was full of ice which is fine, except when I asked for a refill they said it would be an extra charge. Not even a refill charge, they charged me for two drinks!!! I Paid $6 for two cups of fountain drink. Seems like this place is under new ownership/management that is inexperienced and it clearly shows."

"I’ve ordered pho from here several times and it’s not because I want to but because it was most convenient. The meat portions are very small: I even asked for extra meat and it still looks the same. Also tasteless. Just a big pile of noodles and scraps of meat"

"I’ve ate at this location a few times. The chicken pho is good on a winter day. The chicken boom is alright. The chicken was lacking flavor. The beef boom is delicious mainly because of the seasoning of the beef. The fried gyozas are very good as well. Service is always friendly and the dining area is clean."
