Golden Chick

"I purchased a 2 piece fish meal with no drink, Mac and cheese and salad with an extra roll. To start I requested my fish be made fresh which they stated they would and did not. Secondly, I did not receive my salad at all! No explanation as to why, nor was an alternative side or drink offered to me although I was charged. Also, my fish pieces were so tiny. Typically fish from Golden Chick tend to be on the small side, however not this tiny. The one other time they were this small I was provided 3 instead of 2 and they told me they gave me an extra one due to the irregularly small size of the filets. None of my food was hot at all. The rolls were even hard. This location has terrible service as I called 11 times and no one answered the phone! What a disgrace. I am requesting to be contacted regarding this since getting anyone on the phone from this location seems impossible. Also the voicemail was full! Had I not been on the way to work I would have driven back. Such a shame. I have also complained to the corporate office as this is not the first time I have been missing items I PAID for!!!!"

"wheres the gravy?? as a family we have been here multiple times thinking let’s give them another chance. we NEVER get gravy with the chicken tenders even after asking. after spending $50+ and multiple trips STILL no gravy, chicken cold and dry try to call and goes to a voicemail that’s full okra is on point tho"

"Tastes amazing, but way overpriced. We were the only ones in there the entire time and it still took forever for them to put 16 TINY chicken strips in a cardboard box. The family size of green beans was smaller than a can of green beans from Walmart. If you have a lot of money to spend on lunch, I recommend. Otherwise no..."

"Half my chicken tenders (that I even checked - unfortunately was midway through when I noticed) still had pink in them/completely undercooked. Excuse the spit out food in the picture. Who knows if the ones I ate before I noticed were even cooked, I’m sure I’m gonna get sick after this. Will be requesting a refund"

"WORST customer service…placed an order online so it would be ready to pick up when arrive and not have to wait. Doors were closed had to wait in line over 30minutes in line with only 1 car in front of me. I completely understand being short staff but when you pull up to the window and they are giving you an attitude for no reason that’s unacceptable. They just handed the bags without saying anything just closes the window. I was about to drive away when she opens the window with another bag. How am I supposed to guess if that was everything? I asked for ketchup but non was in the bag. Ordered 4 zing sauces and get home to these."
