"Most the time it taste great! They have a variety and can mix it up or customize drinks. Cold drinks are huge but hot coffee is not as big as you would expect a large after seeing the cold large. Girls are very nice! Negative: The drinks NEVER taste the same and the few fruit sodas I tried were not bad but light flavoring (maybe that’s how sodas are supposed to be) the ones with redbull are fantastic! Ordering is rough when a lot of cars are there the girls are expected to know who’s nexts while placing orders on tablets and focusing on a customer. They also are not making the drinks in order they are received. The girls always bring others drinks out to cars behind you. Next thing is they NEVER ask if you have a number to get your points you must remember (for newbies make it routine). I think they need to set up 2 more order screens because not having a menu when you are behind the menu is a bit rough to decide. Having the app is beneficial for that, however they should utilize order ability via the app and pick up at window. I think this would cut down time substantially. They should also link your account to your card so it automatically gives the points."

"Cold brew was stout! Not that it is a bad thing but stronger than I expected. The only suggestion I would have at this location would be to have someone else serving drinks at the window besides the person taking orders or you may be waiting a while."

Visiting during their initial phase, the lines were notably long due to its popularity. However, the service remained impeccable. Staff members were consistently engaging and communicative throughout the process. I opted for a large kicker coffee priced at $5.85, while a small is priced at $4.85, giving you a reference point on their pricing. Despite that, the overall experience warrants five stars. A great spot for coffee enthusiasts!"

"i have ordered this same order 5 times in the past two weeks and the drinks come out looking different/tasting different every single time. -Medium iced annihilator with extra chocolate macadamia nut + choc mac nut soft top - medium iced white chocolate mocha with 2% milk instead of chocolate milk Now the one on the left is the annihilator which doesn’t taste or look like it and the one on the right is the white choc mocha which also doesn’t look like one and tastes 100% like chocolate milk. when we ask the lady at the window about it, she asks the lady behind her who had a terrible attitude which is extremely unprofessional. i work in the service industry so i understand times are stressful but i come to your establishment and pay money for coffee, i don’t pay for the attitude. the drinks should be consistent and your employees should lose the attitude."

"I’m so glad they finally made this way. It’s cheaper and way better than Sbux that’s for sure. Don’t forget to download their app so you can get points for free drinks and rewards. The drive thru needs some tweaking because the lady taking the orders where not going to the cars who pulled up first. I got my usual Iced sugar free cocomo but they put too much half and half and I can’t taste the sf coconut syrup nor the sf chocolate sauce. Hubby’s vanilla oatmilk Coldbrew was delicious however. Will be back again though to give them another try."
