"This is so far, the best restaurant I've found in Midlothian. Ordered the Presidential Platter with Slaw and 6 Cheese Mac. All of it had great taste. One of the sausage offering was a bit overcooked but was really flavorful. Chef/Pitmaster knows his way around a smoker. Staff is super friendly and bartenders are exceptional. I have to call out the Slaw...I want that recipe. It's maybe the best slaw I've ever had (sorry Mom). Bourbon selection is over the top."

"Have been here several times before and had enjoyed. However today on a Saturday mid afternoon I was so disappointed and will really have to think about ever returning. There was one lady handling the front with no kitchen backup. After ordering and waiting roughly 30 minutes we were told that there was no brisket ready for a sliced brisket Main but chopped was available. Finally served after another 15 minutes. Usually served with pickles and onions on the side, as part of the offering but none present. They need some people here to help process and serve the orders to get back to the level of service they originally had. What a shame. We were so hoping to have another quality restaurant here. I should have asked for our money back and left but chose to try my best. The lady handling the front did her best but with other customers coming in had to take their orders before attempting to put others together. Not a good experience."

"Tasty BBQ and great service! If you haven’t been here, you have to go! The brisket nachos are huge and the meat is nice and smokey. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was AMAZING!!! Don’t miss out on this local gem!!"

"Very cool little spot. We had too much food because we didn’t know the portions here but out of evening we tried the nachos were the best. Brisket wasn’t bad but I’ve had better. Strong drinks from the bar so be sure to order one"

"I may not have found this place if it weren't for friends, but now that I've been there I need to find reasons to come back! The area is going through some new construction, but do not be put off by the exterior, come for the food and enjoy some hand-crafted cocktails or local craft beers. DO NOT be fooled into eating only BBQ, but leave room for dessert (I thoroughly recommend the boozy berries). This is not a chain or cookie cutter food outlet, it's a chill place where the attention to fresh ingredients and home-made seasoning makes it a destination!"
