"Went thru the drive thru and when ask for to take my order there was no menu I ask the lady if she could pull the menu up on the screen because it was showing the previous customers order and asking to confirm, she said oh there's nothing she could do about it , we paid twice as much fir my wife order than we usually do and they didn't give me a receipt. So I didn't get anything for myself"

"I stood at the counter for a long time to be assisted with a faulty order and was continually ignored by everyone, including the shift manager. I literally asked three people for help as they rushed past me to bring food to drive-thru customers and was repeatedly ignored. They literally looked at me, then scurried away as if they couldn’t be bothered. I ended up just saying the heck with it and ate the food I was given and without the condiments requested when ordering. It seems that the staff are more concerned about drive-thru than lobby customers."

"I come here pretty often late night and the food is always hot and delicious. The only thing I would complain about is the fact that when I get nuggets I never get my sauces. It doesn’t matter if I order through the app or at the intercom. They never put my sauces in my bag. This happens so often at this particular location. Extremely frustrating."

"Came here around 2:20am after leaving Barbarella, and we didn't leave the drive thru with our food until 3am... And that's not all. They were only taking cash, and the only reason I chose McDonald's was because I had a gift card. On top of this ridiculously long wait, the fries were warm and stale instead of hot and crispy. They did not give me my change or receipt before my food causing me to drive away without it. So -$3 for me I guess. I'm sure this is a fine place during the day. And I'm not angry at the workers, but they shouldn't even be opened if they can't be staffed properly at this hour."

"The drive thru was very busy but at this location it didn't take them no time to take care of our order. This is the first time I have been to a 5 star McDonald's but it happened today. When I first placed my order the person had very good communication skills through the microphone. When we pulled up to get our food the woman was so nice and SMILED! That is important to make us feel good as customers. She made sure the order was complete and didn't forget anything which is so important. She offered us cups for our ice cream so it didn't make a mess and even gave us spoons with enough napkins. Today was shocking because this service was so superior to the other locations.When we opened the food which was made to order and still fast , it was done properly. All of these things added up to the five star experience. The woman named Roniesha in the drive thru at the end was what really made my day. Sorry if I spelled it wrong but she was so nice. She is absolutely one of the best customer service representatives that we have encountered. I definitely recommend this location if you are near this area."
