"How hard is it to just do your job?? They can’t get the simplest order right. ALWAYS missing items, making them incorrectly, or not at all. Service is atrocious! No one at this location cares about their chosen profession. Management is rude, the employees are incompetent, and the food is disgusting… should you even get it. PLEASE: Let the robots do all the work. Humans shouldn’t be allowed to have a job at McDonald’s. We already get directed to the kiosk for ordering, so why can’t everything be automated?? Remove the disgruntled employees and their fragile feelings and everything is resolved."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I'd give zero stars if I could. The staff is absolutely atrocious, some of the rudest staff members I have come across in the fast food industry. And they should be heavily retrained. We went in today, and they had a line of customers waiting in the line at the register. One by one, the customer gave up and left as we were shown zero acknowledgment or attention from the staff. When I finally asked "excuse me, is someone going to take our order?" An african American woman with braids and glasses (the supposed manager wouldn't give her name) turned to me and RUDELY stated "did you not order at the kiosk?" And then turned right back to the line. When I told her no one informed us that we had to order at the kiosk, she sighed heavily and came to take my order. In turn, I asked her would it take another 20 min as I had to go to work. I asked for the manager and an ANTONIO came forward after me having to ask 3 times for a manager and when I asked if he was the manager, he said "I'm as managerial as it gets." Which says alot. He then tried to get loud with me when I told him that him and his staff needed proper training on customers in the store. We get it they are slammed, but you've GOT TO make sure to give equal attention to all guests. I will never return here. Idc if it's the closest McDonald's around. Double zero for them here."

"I was craving a Filet O Fish, so I stopped in at this location and grabbed one. It was on point. They made it very nice and appealing. It was hot and fresh. It was delicious. This location was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It's not my regular location, so not sure if it's a one time event, but I had a good experience here."

"When I was ordering I couldn't hear the person well but thay got my order all rigth. I had the as featured meal and it was 7.99 which is cheap and it was all really good and I got free 6 nuggets with the McDonald's app"

"Came here for a Shamrock Shake and was glad they had that. Also had nugget meal and did "surf and turf (combining a Big Mac and a filet-o-fish)" with a burger instead of a Big Mac. My surf and turf was good but I want to try it with a Big Mac next time. Liked the shake and the nuggets too. Staffers were friendly and helpful. When we looked for a seat it was hard to find a clean table, but later, an employee started cleaning the dining area though. Overall it was a good experience."
