"Extremely poor service. If I could rate 0 I would. The two ladies working on 01/28/24 around noon did not greet us when we arrived. They went about their conversations and spent 5 minutes blatantly ignoring us. The one on bar dropped the tool to hold the espresso and didn’t even clean it. The other was offering samples and didn’t even offer us any. I said “hello” and the barista made eye contact and did not respond. I’ve never been ignored at a coffee shop with literally no customers."
"This is located inside of an HEB. I ordered a mocha frappe. The barista was very attentive and made the drink very well. It was a great mix of coffee and chocolate. With mocha beverages, it can very easily taste like chocolate milk. I really enjoyed it and look forward to future visits after grocery shopping."
