"I ordered by doordash 2 grande drinks with no ice, simply because I didn't want ice. And they sent me 2 drinks HALFWAY filled up. SO RIDICULOUS FOR $17.58. Manager Jazmin said it was a new company policy and didn't give an F about it, she said to contact door dash instead of trying to fix the issue. BTW TASTE OF THE DRINKS WAS AWFULL."

"Ordered cappuccino and received less than half a cup. It felt light when I grabbed it but didn’t expect it to be the case since it’s a big brand but I was wrong. When opened the lid little later, found out my feeling was right. I believe they realize people don’t usually drive back for extra coffee so they keep doing it. I will just stop going to this location all together."

"The worst location I’ve ever been to! I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I got to the location and when I got there I still waited an additional 20+ minutes for my drink. It was my first time going to this location but I definitely won’t be back. On top of everything, they forgot to add some of the inclusions I had paid EXTRA for. Parking lot was jam packed and literally could not get out of it. Drink was not even worth the wait, it was super watered down and wasn’t made with oat milk like I had ordered."

"I ordered a Venti drink and received it with a third less content than expected, despite allowing for room for whipped cream. I placed the order at 10:38, arrived at the store a little after 11, and my drink was ready, but my egg bites were not. I was asked for verification even though my drink clearly indicated '1 of 2 items.' This is not the first time I've had issues here, as a previous experience with an older Latina employee resulted in a 30-40 minute delay in my mobile order. This location is a robbery and a waste of gas."

"Stopped by Starbucks this morning, ordered a Iced Caffe Mocha (tasted like powder and very tart), Medicine Ball (initially not hot, then lukewarm after the person at the window made it again), two bacon Gouda egg bites…bite into one and the middle is ice cold. I called and spoke with the manager whom preceded to tell me she saw the lady remake the medicine ball, the Caffe Mocha is not made with powder, and maybe the guy didn’t press the right button for the egg bites. I advised her that if the food and drinks were made the way I normally receive them, I would not have called. It’s sad that consumers pay for food at restaurants today and receive such horrible services. If more consumers would stop patronizing these establishments that hand out less than exceptional service, they would be shut down and would not be able to serve customers food they wouldn’t eat themselves. No one wants to go back to a restaurant and have them remake their food especially when people do things to your food before they give it back to you."
