"They charged me for a donation to the ronald mcdonald charity WITHOUT my consent. What they are doing is not right. If i would have not looked at the receipt when i got home i would have never known that they charged me for that. Im sure im not the only one they have done this to either. Check your receipts. I will not be going to this location again."

"If I didn't have to give a one-star rating I would have been more than happy to put this in the negative because this place is a joke we ordered online paid for our food online we're staying in the hotel across the street we walked over walked up to the window because the inside was closed which we were not notified in advance that there was no service for people that walked up to the drive-thru window we walk up to the window and we are told that we are getting our food because we walked up we weren't in a car and secondly they were going to give us our money back so I was just ripped off by your shift manager or supervisor whoever he is Lawrence is his name. Now we're at $15 we have no food we get back to the hotel and look at the app again and the app clearly states that the restaurant is supposed to reimburse you your money if they're not going to serve you your food so he lied to the customers and stole their money that is some shift supervisor"

"This place just can’t get it right for anything. I ordered a simple breakfast item and asked specifically for “NO CHEESE”. The drive thru lady continues to get the order wrong even after repeatedly saying okay so you want “no cheese”. I don’t know if it’s the drive thru cashier who can’t take the order? Or if it’s the cook making the food doesn’t understand? But definitely management is failing at this location severely! They even get an attitude with you if you try to tell them your order is “ALWAYS” wrong. Why is it so hard to ask for “NO CHEESE” without an attitude? If you don’t have any orders from customers, then how can you have a job? Please work on a better solution towards getting the orders out timely and accurately. Thank you. The manager Anna should be demoted for her terrible attitude when arguing with the customer in front of her employees."
