"Placed a mobile order and paid through the app at 11 PM because the drive thru is open until 1 AM. When I reached the window, some kid said they were closed and didn't know what to do about my paid mobile order. His manager quickly hopped on the other headset and very loudly on a weird voice was repeating himself that they are closed over and over again. İ finally got out of him that i needed to come back the next day to do something about my order. He refused to refund my order or do anything about it. What a disappointment. And a waste of money."

"I've been a loyal customer for years! In the past month,for some reason the coffee in particular has declined. Its watery. Taste like they stretching it or using a less quality brand. After over 20 years as a customer who stops by almost daily,I should know"

"Not a very friendly atmosphere.Although that is a busy location. That should be a reason for not saying a greeting nor a thank. Hash browns were not crunchy a little too soft for me."

"This location is an absolute mess! The store manager Irma is the main issue. She has racially profiled several employees and sent them home because she thought they were another black employee that she disliked. Her unprofessionalism has led her store numbers down the drain. She is a very negative person and does not support her hard working employees. She makes minors and African American employees wash dishes at late hours (1 a.m) the store closes at 11 p.m. we got robbed recently at gunpoint and there was little to no actions done about it. The employee that was robbed at gunpoint was a 17 year old and IRMA still decides to place the employee at the back drive through where the incident occurred. No security measures were taken. A very unprofessional manager left marijuana in the money safe and they gave it back to her with no consequences. Please do not work or eat here. I’ve seen the kitchen staff not using gloves, cooking fish in chicken grease. They have several managers throughout the day but once evening/night shift, it’s only 1 manager and lucky if it’s 2. She does exhibit symptoms of hard drug use at times, she will forget a lot of things she has told you directly. As long as the store is good, she cares little to none about the employees. They don’t clean regularly so when it’s time for inspection, they overwork the employees to do a deep clean days before the inspections."

"Service was great. My meal was pretty good. On the other hand, the place is FILLED with flies. I had no less than twelve of the suckers hovering around my food. Two of the minor inconveniences were that their ketchup dispenser was empty and their touchscreens were finicky and didn't respond well to touch."
