"I stood there for five minutes while the workers fiddled around the kitchen. I was the only customer. A person walked up in scrubs and they instantly turned around to help this person. I mean, if the store is just there for the health care workers don’t put it in the hospital main lobby!"

"Friendly and efficient staff making the usual quality drinks and food expected from Starbucks. The shop is in SERIOUS need of remodeling, 2-3x the number of seats should be there compared to what they have. After the pandemic it was essentially transformed into a pick up place instead of keeping the ambience of a coffee shop. Needs additional 2-3 umbrellas outside for the seats. This is Houston and the sun is strong for most part of the year."
