"I come to this Starbucks almost everyday. The only Barista who gives me a warm greeting is the young lady with green glasses. Everyone else always has a funky attitude and nothing is ever in stock.I hand her, her tips in her hand because she is the only one deserving of them. Just left again with poor customer service."
"Located inside Kroger. I waited to write this review. This is my fourth visit and it consistently disappoints. The staff will not greet you. I’ve stood in line, first person in line for 2 whole minutes before being acknowledged, and that acknowledgement was not a “good morning” it was a “be right with you”. That was also inaccurate because I waited another 2 minutes before getting my order in at 8am. Past times when I’ve come in the afternoon, it was the same vibe, yet different staff. There’s no urgency or appreciation l. Imagine spending $7 on a cup of coffee and not hearing a thank you."
"Worst worst worst experience with Mr.Christopher and Mr. David manager. I placed the order after 10 minutes he said that I forgot and he made it after 5 minutes the hot chocolate mocha was okay and cafe latte was a bitter taste I said it's not a taste of cafe latte I tried different places he said what's wrong with that I can't do anything if I'm make another one I can't help you out."
