Domino's Pizza

"I was assaulted by a driver named Ethan . I unfortunately didn’t tip this one time and he proceeded to cuss me out and key my car. Mind you my daughter was home and heard everything . Unfortunately with it being my word against him and no video he was able to just deny the charge and no disciplinary action was taken. He gets to keep his job and walk away just because he denied all accusations. Soooo be careful and tip. When I spoke with the manager James he was very rude when I told him that I’m very upset that not accountability was taken and now my car is keyed and there’s no action."

"One of my favorite places to order pizza from and the pizza is delicious! My only complaints is there’s usually at least one thing wrong with my order, nothing big but usually like the wrong soda or lots of cheese when I say little to no cheese. Also when I do say no cheese I only get a few toppings and no sauce. Other than that I do appreciate the care from the delivery and my pizza (when correct!)"

"I’ve always ordered from this dominoes in Elgin and they were always good, but today was the worst. I literally live down the street and it took them an hour to deliver and when I called they made excuses instead of just telling me they were running behind. My pizza was luke warm when they delivered it and i got mashed tots instead of crunchy tater tots. I’m very disappointed and will no longer order from here."

"This store is poorly run, never staffed, and the food quality is not great. I ordered a medium pizza, some bread, and chicken, and it showed on the receipt it was ready at 12:06pm. The food wasn’t delivered until 1:10pm…so it sat waiting for over an our after being made…and you could tell. The pizza was luke warm and soggy, the cheese in the cheese bread was congealed and no longer even warm, and the chicken was just a block of dried grease holding the pieces of chicken together. Was told they only had one driver, but you can’t let food just sit like that waiting to be delivered. No idea how this store stays open and if they can’t properly staff it, it should be shut down."

"I haven't had Domino's this horrible in years. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese. I've gotten the same order 4 or five times over the last few months. I don't know if it was grease or if it was too much sauce but it soaked through the crust (hand tossed) and the only thing that wasn't a drippy mess was the part of the crust you hold. It was like a soupy mess very gross the picture doesn't do it justice how disgusting this was. This is what it looks like after sitting 20 minutes or so"
