"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! We orderd coffe but they gave us coffe from the morning we ordered it at 3pm we also went there EVERY DAY AND NEVER WANTED TO COMPLAIN BUT WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH. Most of all the employees were SO MEAN. We have never had a experiance this BAD IN ME AND MY FAMILIES LIFE. NEVER COME HERE EVER LIKE LITERALLY ITS THE WORST"

"I normally don't have issues with this location. However recently the night shift has gotten bad. Food... I ordered food on a mobile app. I was less than 5 minutes away. When I arrived at curbside, it took 15 minutes for them to bring my food. I got my food, the food was cold. The fries were weak, cold, and had no salt. Apparently, they had been sitting there for a while The nuggets were cold, whereas I had warm in the microwave. I ordered 6 pieces and got only 5. The McChicken I ordered was the wrong one. I got a spicy, and it was to be regular. Drinks. I also picked up drinks for co-workers. When they arrived. I did not get the extra caramel sauce on the fraps, even though I was charged. I did curbside pick up and they arrived without a drink carrier. I had 3 drinks. I was told that carriers are only for Uber drivers. Staff I asked the staff for a drink carries, because I had no place to hold all the drinks. She just laughed and walked away. The day shift does not act like this."

"This place was popping around 8am. It was my first time to visit this location. It was so busy, cars where coming from all directions to get in line. So the wait was definitely long. I was ready to place my order when prompted, but the digital order screen had disappeared. I asked for it back then placed my order. There was no "Good Morning may I take your order? or "Thank you, please drive thru to the ___ window". So I drove up to the first window and tried to hand the cashier my card to pay and she said to me "Cash only". I'm like thinking, really! Who doesn't take card in a drive thru? Then again she said "Card only accepted inside".... I'm like again. "What? Your kidding me?" This can't be right. Her face said it like "We're taking cash only, so go inside" She gave no explanation and then dismissed me. Wow. Ok. So there was no warning given before the drive thru. Not a "I'm sry for the inconvenience" at the window. I'm sure this location eat up alot of profit and wasted alot of food when customers like me, just drive off without claiming their orders "INSIDE". It was raining that day! I'm not a fan of eating at McDonalds but I do get coffee. But this just added to the reasons why I choose not to eat at there. Now, at least not anymore. Not even for that cup of coffee."
