Chick-fil-A

"The food wasn’t the problem. It was a horribly rude and just overall disrespectful employee holding a purplish pink phone, wearing a black apron and with a ponytail. I was so overwhelmingly mad I couldn’t even catch her name. My boyfriend and I arrived 15 minutes before closing and both got two chicken sandwiches, which we could finish within 5-8 minutes. We sat down to wait for our food and said employee with the ponytail walks up to us and says “We’re gonna give you until 10:05 then you need to gather your things and leave.” And walked away. We just kind of looked at each other because she can clearly see we haven’t even received our food. Our food didn’t arrive until 9:55 and as we start eating, a manager (we guess) comes up and politely tells us they are going to give us until 10:08 before we have to head out because they have to clean. He was very kind and we agreed as we had just started eating. The time was 10 and around 10:04/10:05 that lady returns and, without stopping, mutters “it’s 10:05 you need to gather your things and leave.” At that point I was beyond furious and we took our time until 10:08 to leave. As we’re leaving, my boyfriend asks her where he can throw his trash away since two cans were gone, and she replied “the trash cans are closed.” And she walked to the front, turned around and said “I’ll take them.” Rolls her eyes, just leaves after my boyfriend says thank you. I have no idea if she’s upset because she has to work on Valentine’s Day or if she’s just an overall unhappy person, but she needs to be reprimanded for her ugly attitude and poor customer service. To the man that kindly gave us that eight extra minutes, I thank you for being a nice human being with great social skills and customer service. To the young girl who had a horrible attitude, I hope you realize what you did was wrong and have a better attitude in the future."

"We went through the drive-thru and realized they forgot Chick-fil-A a sauce after being told it was in there. No biggie mistakes happen. We pull around the front, get the sauce, and head home. We went to eat our meal, and it was the wrong meal. We immediately called up there, talked with Chloe, and were told to bring it up there to be replaced. So I get back in my car and drive up there so they can fix their wrong. Bring the food, and the girl up front (Hispanic teen with glasses) was as rude as can be. She only gave us the correct nuggets but argued and rolled her eyes when I asked for fresh fries. I had to explain to her you messed up. I had to drive back up here, and they're now cold. I'm owed fresh fries. That's when she rolled her eyes, grabbed medium fries, said something to who I assume was the manager, and the manager told her to give me a large fry. Usually, I wouldn't be so frustrated, but this isn't my first time with wrong orders and this particular girl being rude."

"I love chick-fil-a and especially how this one is fast but the reason for two stars is because a salad I got. I got a cobb salad with cold grilled fillets and there's something off about it. The chicken didn't taste that fresh and I could just tell by the texture. Also I found a huge chunk of bacon bits that just don't look right. Also all of the chairs at the table I sat at had a lot of crumbs and salt all over them. Usually I like coming to this chick-fil-a but sometimes there's just some off experiences I have."

"Long line of cars and decided to roll the dice. Amazed at how fast things moved along. Pulled up paid, went around corner and they were there waiting with our sandwiches. The sandwich seemed small and bun was dry, with small slice of lettuce and tomato. Back again and dine inside. Nice layout great service. Food was right behind us as we sat down. Juicy chicken sandwich but wasn't very spicy for spicy chicken.. seating was comfy and plenty of it.."

"I ordered a salad and inside of the salad was some type of moth. Very disgusting, not coming back to this location. Check the salads before handing them out to people."
