"Vegans beware. They offer vegan protein options but will give you actual chicken. I hadn't had chicken in well over 7 years and ordered the vegan option. They instead gave me dry old chicken. The textures are obviously very different so I knew right away. I went back and politely asked that they remake it without chicken. They decided it would be too much work to remake it so they plucked out some of the chicken and mixed in the substitute. It was so obvious that I just asked for a refund. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate."
"I wish that I could give a better review because I’ve loved Fresh Healthy since long before this location existed. However, the wait can be up to 30 minutes, it is expensive and today marks the third time that I ordered a small smoothie but was charged for and given a regular. I’m not going to wastefully return it on the spot but the fact that this has happened so many times has caused me to say something... and no receipt is given in person so you basically go on trust while you wait 30 minutes to figure out what you just paid for."
