"I came to order at 4:35p.m. I was the only person in line at this time. No one else came behind me. Except for this girl who happened to be a friend of the person at the register. He was talking to the girl for a while she didn’t order anything. Than the other girl working with him also started talking to the girl. I was waiting for 10 min until another employee came in and saw me waiting. That employee grabbed the ticket from the machine and made my drink. The entire time I thought they had started on it but were waiting for something to be ready. But no they were just making me wait while they talked. If that other guy hadn’t came in I probably would’ve been waiting longer. I almost asked to get a refund."

"I understand the people working here are students and so they have school on the side, but that is no excuse for the horrendous service. First off, the workers here are mostly inexperienced. I've seen from experience some of them cannot differentiate making a cold drink from a hot drink! You have to tell them. Secondly, DO NOT ORDER ON MOBILE! I've ordered from here a handful of times my usual tea and breakfast item and every time they have either took too long with my order or didn't address me until twenty minutes later just to tell me they are out of that item. It's clear that in order to be recognized as a customer I have to stand in line and order in person. Save yourself the time and frustration and order from a different Starbucks or better yet, another coffee shop."

"Normal Starbucks. I feel bad for the employees as it is always packed. Usually takes a while to get your drink, but it's also because there are definitely not enough employees for the volume of people present. Not anyone but whoever creates the schedule's fault. Be nice to employees :)"

"they get really busy, so you have to check for your drink yourself- literally go anywhere else. it’s not the worker’s fault!! this is a campus location, obviously they are overworked. they get the drinks out fairly fast, given it’s the right name. who tf is aliya??? i just feel bad for the workers mostly, do your part and go to another coffee shop lol"

"I bought two large bottles for cold beverages. When i bought they asked if I needed receipt and I said “NO” since i wouldn’t need it. However, 4 days later I found the green cover peeling off at the bottom and it was spreading everywhere i keep, which is annoying. Its hard to clean those particles as well. I went to this store to see if i can return this or get a refund for which I was refused. Its two large bottles, just a waste now. The barista wasn’t helpful. Extremely disappointed even though this is a manufacturing defect! Pure unprofessional staff!"
