"I went with a kids meal today! All ingredients were fresh, hot and the staff was excellent. Nice to see young individuals in customer service with pleasant attitudes."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this chipotle location around 6pm with no other customers in the store. When ordering I asked for double rice, the employee quickly threw on 2 half scoops of rice and pushed the bowl along. I kindly asked for more rice due to the portion being incredibly small (not even a typical serving for a single bowl) the employee rolled their eyes and scooped on 1/4 scoop of rice. My friend, who was ordering a steak bowl, receive a total of TEN pieces of steak and when asking for a full scoop the employee not only ignored him, but limited the entire rest of his bowl by smacking the spoon on the edge of the food container so his quantities were nothing more than a kids meal. After paying the employee pushed our bag across the counter so forcefully it almost fell off of the counter. Not only do all of the line employees at this chipotle need retrained on customer service, but appropriate serving sizes. To the manager, you should be ashamed of yourself for training such poor employees."
"Yo!! Whoever made today’s chicken should be fired!!! Why so salty and since when did y’all start putting cumin powder on chicken!!!! My first disappointment bowl from y’all…. 01/12/24…. Just make regular chicken go easy on the salt. Hated my lunch today"
"I pick up food often from this location and generally everything is correct. I recently had an issue with an incorrect item that I had to drive back to have fixed. I let the cashier know of the missing item, and the manager immediately came over to speak to me. She went above and beyond to make it right, beyond just fixing the item. I have never had a manager in a fast casual restaurant make such an effort to remedy the situation. Excellent service!"
"I personally had a great experience here! I came here on my lunch break from work and the line was long but they got me through the line in less than 5 minutes. The food was so fresh and vibrant. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive and generous with portions. Really liked how I saw the young woman in the line changing her gloves often and serving with a smile. She was able to serve lots of people, alone and quick. Will definitely return and recommend."
