"Great customer service!! I think the barista who served us at the beginning of October was in training and she was so sweet - made my made! Stopped by for my free Starbucks birthday drink and she went out of her way to wish a HBD. Really appreciate the kind gesture!!"
"The worker told me she made the wrong frappacino and said she would give me the correct frapp too. But she used the leftovers from the other drink to make it which was clear when she gave me the correct frapp but the cup was less than halfway filled. I asked her to remake it and I'm pretty sure she just filled the cup up with milk because that's exactly what it tasted like. Went back in to ask to have it remade and she was pissed. Not a good experience. I wasn't rude or anything either, just wanted the drink I originally ordered to be correctly made. There were also hardly any customers there so it's not like was happening during the middle of a rush."
"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Horrible service. Will no longer be going to any Starbucks! I had my app pulled up for stars and she just handed me the payment terminal. Also I was ordering and she didn’t hear my 2nd half of my order for my pastry. Very unattentive for a morning coffee place. Will not be giving my business to Starbucks anymore!!!!!"
