"Up until this last service that I got great , until I got some Hercules tires that were recommended by the staff, was very disappointed . had to go back a second time to install a second set or tires because they would not balance out . Now if I would have been treated in a better manner I would have not done this review. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 20 years and know my way around a car. And all they could do is try and Convince me that the car was the problem. But yet my 8 year old tires had a better ride than the $500 set of tires that was recommended to me .. I’ve spent over $2000 in the past and was very happy but now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Sad the second pair of tires still didn’t balance!!!!! In times like this it’s hard to make a living and having a smooth ride to work some times makes your day better.. wish them the best but I will not be returning for my tire needs ...."
