"Usually a better McDonald’s but they recently increased their prices and decreased their quality and customer service. I’m not the type to go back when I have an issue but when my cup cracked and I lost all my soda I returned to ask if they can replace it for me. They asked for a receipt which they never gave me, then talked to me about it for a few minutes then said no. Really? A cup of soda is that much of an issue.. there’s unlimited refills inside and this was an accident or a lack of quality from the cup. I paid for my second cup of soda, which I don’t mind because it allows me to leave corporate a review."
"I placed an order online and I went to pick it's. I place a larger fries and a burger when I pick it up I don't look in the bag that is my bad I drive home and take my food out and I hate that they don't fill up the fries all the way and give no napkins. And yes I know I should have them at home but I just moved in so that's why I went to McDonald's I won't be going to this one anymore this was the second time this has happened to me from this location and it's way too much money to pay for a large fries and get a size small!"
"By far the dirtiest McDonald's. Trash every where. Restrooms are filthy and no toilet paper. So many customers were complaining how slow it takes to get waited on and to get the food. One guy said they have a new franchise owner and it has gone downhill since. McDonald's employee called the Harris County Sheriff's office to dispatch a deputy . I think a customer became irate over the service he received."
