"I purchased a truck 13 months ago, went in for a problem I had and payed $137.00 USD for an "inspection ", was given a quote for labor and parts. When I left I found the exact part they told me I needed for $150.00 USD cheaper on the GM website.Before I left I asked if I could "bring the part in myself", the lady I spoke to said "yes, and when/if I got the part" she would help me with labor price which I felt did not sound right to me. I also found more information that shows, I need it to be updated not replaced on a GM bulletin. It says only dealerships or "MVI" can do the update with a computer. This is very inconvenient for me and I feel lied to, I would like to get this issue resolved."

"Staff was nice and got my car,however it took forever.waited around 3 hours to complete my paperwork. 3 hours not counting showing off the car and going over the details.only waiting to sign paperwork The only thing I didn't like was that they tried to slip in some kind of package they call "nitro" without asking me ,$1300 . If u don't read what u sign u might get tricked with that.i expected something like that since thats how stealirships work."

"Wished the employees were wearing masks. My husband went into the service manager area to pay, and both were not. The service this time was much closer to as told it would be. We had an appointment at 10:00, and was told it would be an hour. Our new truck went in about 10:30ish, and we were done around 11:00. Thank you!!"
