"I would give 2.5 stars if I could. I had a lavender chai latte, which was advertised on pics throughout the store, and I added a shot of espresso. It was fine. I asked for it to be iced, and it was, but it was still warm. It was in that gross stage of cooling down, but still room temperature. Service was below okay. Nobody was rude, but they did not smile, were short with answering my questions, and just left my drink on the counter. I had to guess that it was ready. I won't be going back. I hate to say it, but I'd rather just walk to one of the Starbucks locations in the Galleria."
