"The friendly hello, the familiarity and warm welcoming each and every time draw me to this Exact Location more than any other. Although we are surrounded by Starbucks, THIS location is the absolute BEST! Give your employees a Raise and a Bonus bc THEY are the reason the lines hang into the street and cause traffic jams. Happy Customers are willing to WAIT for Great Customer service and a SMILE to start their day and that's what this location is GIVING!!!! 100 STARS!!!"

"Very bad experience for the 3rd time now. I've had a meeting with my corporate officials and we all have been turned down of using the restroom after granting business and excellent employee service to this location for the 3rd time. This is supposed to be a restaurant business with brick walls and bathrooms for customer and employee needs and without servicing customer needs this will turn this location value down tremendously moving forward."

"I ordered a drink here accidentally because I had a coffee from another Starbucks. I wanted to change it for a bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich. The barista said she'd have to issue a refund then charge me for the sandwich since it was like 50¢ difference. I said ok. She scanned my card for the refund and then charged for the sandwich. She then gave me the drink because it was "already made". I asked for a receipt just in case the refund didn't show up on my Starbucks account. I waited a few days and it hadn't. Then I looked at my receipt and she did NOT in fact issue a refund which is why she gave me the drink I paid for. I called customer service to get a refund because no one at work wanted the drink so I threw it away. I don't understand why she couldn't be honest and say she didn't know how to process a refund. However, I won't let this ruin my experience because Starbucks is Starbucks and I love it."

"I visit this location almost every day, It's very close to my job so I usually make an online order during my lunch break. I love how they're always quick, friendly and on point with my drinks. Shout Out to the staff! Y'all do such a great job!"

"I have never stopped at this location based on the awkward layout and it never seemed to be on my way anywhere when I wanted/needed Starbucks. In an attempt to get to my next Rewards point threshold, I stopped in a few days ago. I pulled in from the Braeswood entrance when I realized that this was not going to the regular Starbucks run. Long lines, yes...just no lobby. The setup reminded me of a Rally's/Checkers with the window service. I chose not to wait in the car line because I had a feeling it would be a thousand times faster to use the window service and it was. Even with the delayed acknowledgement of the staff inside, I was in and out in 8 minutes. The product (regular black iced tea with splenda/honey) was sufficient and I had no complaints there. When I was leaving, I almost got boxed in by a smoking truck being pushed into the parking lot. I can imagine that based on the location of this store that they probably get lots of wayward traffic. If parking, use an out-of-the-way parking spot to avoid this situation."
