"I walked in ten minutes past when my order was supposed to have been complete, and yet my order was not complete. Dozens of people were standing around awaiting their orders. I walked out without the coffee I had already paid for via the app because I had customers depending on me to be a professional and being on time. You know, because my standard for customer service is significantly higher than that of this Starbucks."
