"I frequent this location every day. I think it is not the best in regards to location since it is next to a busy freeway and it can be hard to hear when you go through the drive thru. Since they changed to no indoor seating with all their orders being drive thru or mobile orders they are very effective at going through the orders very quickly. The only thing about the drive thru is sometimes it can be hard to wait in the line if it is full because of the access points from the freeway. Other than that, the team at this location is amazing at what they do given everything they have to deal with. Don't forget to be kind to the workers and tip whenever you can."
"They gave me a discarded marshmallow bar. It was discard on January 3rd and the wrapper was open. I couldn’t go back cause I was on my way to work but very grossed out about this. There’s literally dirt in it"
"At the time that I went there were only two baristas working the counter and drive thru and they were extremely busy - however, the customer service was top notch. I hadn't been to this location in a while, but they no longer have indoor seating and only have take out orders."
"I went in today and ordered my four drinks they got my order wrong. I explained twice and then showed them what I wanted in writing. I paid and didn’t get what I paid for. Very disappointed and did not drink them. Don’t come to this location. They did not have good customer service I walked in and wait 7 minutes before they took my order. They did not even close one of my drinks causing it to spill in car. I did not get the 3 scoops of vanilla cream that I paid for."
"I ordered the matcha ice tea latte, and it tasted weak. It tasted like water and milk. I've ordered it here before but this time was no good. I was on my way to work hitting the highway, so I didn't have time to go back. The service was great, like always, just not the drink, unfortunately. The drink looks more milky than green. Taste your drink before you pull off."
