"I always come here, I go the extra mile because I have no Starbucks near me. I’ve always had a good experience, they never mess up my order and always very pleasant. Today I came in was welcomed, the girl took my order she was very nice. I get my first drink and I wait for my second, the girl (Diana from her name tag) slides my drink on the counter and she says “here” thought that was rude but ignored it I grab my drink and notice that it had no caramel drizzle around the cup or at all (which I ordered and paid for). I nicely tell her hey there is no caramel drizzle on this she just grabs the drink looks at the sticker and squirts a little caramel drizzle on the top and just puts it on the counter again and doesn’t say sorry or anything. As I wait for my cake pop I see her making the drinks but she’s slamming stuff being “aggressive” kind of when making the drinks I understand not having a great day but no reason to be rude."
