"Found City Cafe using Google Maps, and the reviewers were right. City Cafe has that old school Cafe feel, the service and food were great. Portions are huge and generous. My wife asked for crispy hashbrowns and loved the serving she got."

"We stopped in as first-timers, and ordered catfish and egg plate, and a chorizo & egg taco. Service was wonderful! The waitresses worked together to assure our coffee mugs stayed filled and had pleasant demeanors- something not as common these days anymore in the restaurant industry. The food was the reason for the 4 stars vs 5- not that it was bad by any means. It just wasn’t 5-star quality. You. Can see from the taco photo, there was more chorizo than egg, therefore a little more grease dripping than I’d like to see. The hash browns were a little too toasted at the bottom. Coffee was great! Overall, still a good restaurant that I see us coming back to."

"City cafe should rename itself to dry cafe. All the food items were unpleasantly dry. All things were made better with the help of hot sauce. Even the coffee was tasteless. I don’t get how so many people like this place. We had such bad experience with food, I do not recommend this to anyone."
