"Terrible experience here, no one seems to understand you can’t give someone who ordered decaf, a caffeinated drink. I have heart problems and I can’t have caffeine so I enjoy decaf beverages once in awhile. The cashier took my order and the staff made me a caffeinated caramel iced latte. I approached the lady who seemed confused, didn’t apologize at all and she made me a new one decaf. I then asked who the manager was, and it was a man named Deon. Deon has to be one of the worst interactions with a manager I’ve ever encountered . He came off confrontational , tried to defend himself because he thought I accused him of making it, which I didn’t. I’m a former restaurant manager, if I had someone like on my staff , he wouldn’t be around long. I told him I have heart problems and y’all just gotta be careful with people who order decaf. He never offered an apology. What a terrible interaction. The employee who took my order did apologize and he was super nice about it, that was the only redeeming part of this whole incident. Starbucks is hiring managers without ANY customer service experience or de-escalation."

"***DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION *** Pictures provided are of the SAME exact drink just different locations!! Left picture is my drink from this location and the one on the right is NOT! I usually DO NOT take the time to write a review let alone a negative one. Unfortunately, this locations LACK of respect, care, customer service skill and overall training on more than one occasion are only some of the reasons I have been compelled to do so. Upon receiving a drink that tasted of yogurt, I requested a remake and was met with ATTITUDE and RIDICULE from a young lady with blue hair that was extremely RUDE then handed everything separate so I could make my own drink. This unfortunately wouldn’t be the only visit to this location that I would receive such TERRIBLE customer service. I NEVER expected to be treated in such a manner at ANY Starbucks establishment EVER! Starbucks customer service is usually world class this location missed the memo."

"My drink was fine, but I don’t feel that guest experience is a priority at this location. Especially with certain employees. I witnessed a heated verbal exchange of words between a guest and employee. On a separate occasion I was treated with no common courtesy. If visiting during the week, note that it does get busy and to expect long wait times."

"Just got a drink from here and it’s so watered down I honestly feel like they took the drink they made incorrectly first and just mixed it with what I actually ordered. They put the lid on so messy it won’t stop dripping and spilled all over me while exiting the drive through I just threw the whole drink away. Waste of time and money. Went to a different location and below is what the drink SHOULD look like. Not watery and very obvious chocolate brown color. ✨"
