"Had to stop on the way to discount tire to get a tire pump because my tire was completely flat. I was clearly stressed and had my toddler with me. The cashier was so unhelpful and told me they didn’t have tire pumps there and couldn’t do anything for me. I looked online and it said they had them so I looked around the store and found it myself. He instead decided to watch videos on his phone. And he gets paid for that."
"I went in to ask about a battery. While there, the employees and manager were extremely helpful with finding the proper battery plus extra items to update my cars, like new wipers. They were professional and friendly. Oh yeah, they also price matched, which saved me $100. I will continue to go to this O'Reilly's for all my auto needs."
