"Placed a mobile order and it’s been almost an hour."
"Worst service. I asked for water with my coffee. They gave the coffee and asked to wait for the water. Of course they delay the water because it's free! I was standing there waiting but they didn't get me the water. So I sat down for a while and then came back. The water was not there. I asked the server. She asked for me name. She said she got it read a while ago and I didn'tshow up so she took it back! They just enjoy being mean and rude!"
