"Wow! They have not been trained at all! None of the employees knew what they were doing. Took 15 minutes to get to place an order. While we waited 3 other people had to go orders and every order was wrong or missing items. It took 10 minutes for this kid to get his missing steak finger basket. No one cleaning the lobby, trash everywhere. I ordered a dude sandwich with no tomato, take a guess what was on my sandwich lol wife ordered chicken taco salad. Price on board was $8.59, was charged 9.99. Salad was supposed to have sour cream and salsa but both were missing. Got a blizzard and it wasn’t mixed well, was just plain ice cream half way through. One kid was running food and got my wife’s cone pretty quick but this place needs some time to cook. Definitely wait awhile before coming here, maybe they’ll get the kinks fixed."

"I wanted to like this place so I gave it a couple of tries but I’m convinced that it’s not going to get better. Recently I went through drive thru and the lady taking my order plus the guy at the window were rude as if they’re doing me a favor. Then the food was wrong and not good at all. I got steak fingers instead of chicken strips and the taco shells were stale. The fries were also salty and the burger was over cooked. When I called and spoke to the manager he said they had just received their food so it should be fresh and I could go back to get my chicken strips. I went back and got the chicken strips and tacos. The taco shells were once again stale and everything just wasn’t good. My kid didn’t even want to try it because she said it was gross. I understand it’s new but it’s definitely not being managed right. Whoever opened this store just needs to spend time in making sure the employees are properly trained. I’m not ever going here again. The Dairy Queen on basswood is a million times better."

"I have been waiting for a DQ near my house for 30 years, and we finally have one. The young adults and manager working here are respectful, kind, and hard-working. This is the third week of being open, so show them some grace and give them some time to get their team dynamic down. I think this is an excellent addition to our community. Our food was hot, and our blizzards were perfect! The wait time for our order was about ten minutes, which is more than acceptable."

"Went to DQ Saturday night (01/06/24) and was SUPER excited to finally eat there after knowing about them coming to town for so long!! I've been putting it off due to the amount of customers they've been slammed with the past week of their grand opening but it looked a little slower, and I didn't want to wait any longer, so I went by. Needless to say, I wasn't disappointed, the food was fantastic and brought back a flood of memories from my visits to DQ in Springtown back in the day. Got the chicken strip basket and the tacos... the chicken tenders were great, the fries were crispy and hot, the toast was toasted just right, and the gravy was thick and peppery. The tacos were made as I ordered them (no lettuce) and they were not soggy by the time I made it home (like you suffer with from most taco places) so the shells were nice and crispy. Almost reminded me of Taco Casa due to the amount of cheese dumped on them (lol), but the ample amount of ground beef evened it out. Anyhow, it was all great and I am glad I stopped! I wanted to get a Blizzard also but didn't, but I will definitely be back to get one with some more delicious food in the near future! Can't wait!"

"I ordered a chicken strip basket and a blizzard. The chicken strips were comically small, less than 3 inches long and thin. The portion of fries was small, and the blizzard had minimal oreos in the top half and nothing but vanilla ice cream in the bottom half."
