"3/6/24 @ 3:20 am 2 employees acknowledged that I was trying to make an order, and the Hispanic lady told the black manager that I was there, and the manager continued to ignore me and not take my order or another customers order. This is unacceptable and it’s not the first time this has happened, customer service has gone down the drain and you expect customers to accept this??? Never coming back to this location."
"Just stop a few minutes ago, order 777. I pick my order from the counter and went to my car with the happy meals for my granddaughters ñ. After we start driving home my granddaughters open their happy meal and no nuggets in both. Tried to call them but there lines are busy so they don’t answer. They always have some problems in the drive-thru and that’s why I went down this time."
