"This is by far the worst McDonald’s my family and I have visited and we’ve been all over the country. The managers and employees are incredibly incompetent and instead of correcting issues they would rather argue with you. There is absolutely no quality control in their processes so I would recommend everyone check their food before leaving. If they ask you to park around the side to wait for your food expect at a minimum a 10-15 minute wait and for your order to be incorrect. The fries will also be cold. The Hispanic manager (with no name tag) I spoke to today between 130-2pm CST should not be supervising anyone, he started pouting like a child telling me to leave while acknowledging that they got the order wrong but offered no way of resolving the issue. He clearly thinks that customers should be ok with walking away without items they paid for. I was given the name Karina Zeas who may be the regional manager or the franchise owner, I hope she reads this and invests some time in process improvement. I will never return to this McDonald’s, recommend to others to stay away."

"Don't waste time coming to this mcdonald's they serve old food, i waited almost 10 minutes for a new fry because the one they served was old. And they still gave me an old fry, seem like they just put it right in another bag. The chicken patty supposed to be mcchicken but its so old that it taste spicy."

"We were there pretty late and ordered ahead using the mobile app. When we got there, food was hot and ready, and was delivered promptly. Everything in the order was there. The employee hading over the delivery confirmed the order to make sure everything was there. Thank you."

"Poor service. I ordered food using kiosk which was out of paper to print receipt. Unfortunately I did not note order# from the screen. Staff on the counter were not able to find order number for me. I waited for 30 minutes and no call for me and staff was still not able to find my order. I left the restaurant without the food. I complained customer service but CS asked to connect to respective restaurant only. A week later I visited restaurant and asked manager to check the issue, she said “there is nothing can be done now, you should have come very next day. We are here not to give free food” :( Very insensitive :("

"First time at this location. I placed my order through the app, like a always do, normally my food regardless of the location is given to me on a tray so we can eat at the restaurant however this time my food was packed up in a bag. I told the lady behind the counter it wasn’t a to go order and asked for ketchup and a tray and was told “it was a mobile order” and she said all we away. yes, it was but that doesn’t mean it is a to go order and I was not given ketchup. Our food was room temperature at best. We had been at doctors appointments all morning and hadn’t eaten yet with the lady already being rude we decided to eat our food but couldn’t finish because it immediately started making us feel sick. We left feeling sick and very unhappy with the service. Next time I am on that side of town I will definitely avoid this location and would not recommend:"
