"Waited an entire hour before they finally got to my car. They then told me they couldn’t do the tire because the lug nut would not come off. Now they sheared the lug nut off and cannot put the tire back on and I’m stuck in Brownsville. Use literally any other place. They will not give us our money back and told us we are out of luck basically. So now me and my car are both stuck in Brownsville. Thanks for absolutely nothing."
