"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I Purchased a refrigerator that broke down with in a week of purchase. They kept saying the would send someone to repair it and it took them a month for them to come to look at it. I was told they would replace it and i did go into the store to see the refrigerator they were going to replace it with. I was told it just needed to be cleaned and they would take it to my house yet they never did. The customer service is the worst this people have an additude problem. I took them to court and I didn't even get 1/2 of what I paid for this refrigerator back. So just save yourself the trouble and time and don't purchase anything in this place."
"Call before going just to be sure they have what your looking for. After waiting 3 days ,saying they would have appliances I went somewhere to buy what I needed"
"I bought a fridge around 5months ago, it stoped cooling by the first week. They came to fix it 2 times yet didn't take to long to stop working again .."
"Had an appointment on Saturday between 1pm and 5pm. Called them about1:30pm and was told they would come sometime between 1 and 5. Called her at 5pm and was told they had alot of work, mind you I made the appointment since Tuesday for Saturday. Was told she would call me back in 5 minutes and here it is Monday at 7:30pm and she never called back. Very poor customers service. If I could rate them a negative number I would. Do not recommend at all."
"Very Happy with their service. Provided a washing and dryer machine combo for my mom and she was very pleased. In my book. You take care of my Mom, I will always recommend you. They are also next to a great and trustworthy mechanic."
