"I went in the Starbucks at 11700 Westheimer to get a coffee at 7pm on a very cool evening, one hour before closing, and there was no coffee. The crew was cleaning up as if they had closed for the day. I can’t believe this. If I could give a zero rating I would."
"Ordered my caramel Brule latte today and so unhappy with it, starting to believe going to starbucks is not worth the price you pay for a coffee..No flavor is just hot steamed milk that's all it tastes like.. so upset I picked it up before work I should've just grabbed coffee from the lobby in my building much better flavor..never going there again I'm quitting wasting my money for an unflavored coffee.. It use to be good I'm always looking forward for this season to have this specific flavor and so disappointed with what I got...again not your money's worth!!"
"I always look forward to visiting a Starbucks when I’m in the US because of the different flavored drinks they offer. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap and it was delicious. Earlier I tried a hot pink drink with Mango and Passion Fruit and that was the perfect summer drink."
