"I'm in Austin for work, traveling from out of town. I needed something quick so I decided to pick up a box of chicken and mashed potatoes from Krispy Krunchy Chicken at the food court. Long story short, I've been ill with stomach issues for almost 3 days now. I barely ate one piece of chicken and a few bites of mashed potatoes because the food was disgusting... it still wrecked me."
"Hello Im a regular customer but the other day came in for food there was a line of people was a bit busy and one lady in kitchen was yelling and disrespecting an other employee she seems new cause I had not seen her before but was embarace cause this lady just went off on her many customer witness this cause she argued w employee in front of the customers wanting her to finish tacos when she was already doing an other thing I just think should not be allowed this kind of behaivor also with one manager present when this was going on he also witness this fight w that lady he need s to be more a ware of employee bulling new staff there."

"Cannot say enough good things about this place!! Cleanest c-store I have ever been to. They have all the drinks/snacks you can think of. The aesthetics here are so nice. The kitchen has so many different options for fresh food…tacos, Sbarro pizza (my fav) and fried chicken. The manager is the nicest guy and was super helpful when I was there. I will be back here on a regular basis! Especially for that Sbarro pizza!!!"
"I had to use two cups to hold the coffee because it was too hot to hold and they don’t provide any other methods. The manager insisted that he wanted to charge me for two cups of coffee, and I reluctantly agreed but if I were to pay for two cups, I would at least fill up the second cup with coffee as well. I am well aware that gas stations coffee cups end up being wasted without use for various reasons, so I don’t understand why I was called out for this understandable situation. Because it was difficult to separate the two cups coffee was spilling and the manger decided to let me go without paying the second cup. He told me not to do it again next time. This situation was very embarrassing, I had been coming into this store regularly due to nearby work, and now I won’t ever come back again because that manager is very shortsighted."
