"Placed an order on 12/4/23 for pick up on 12/5 at 6:15AM. When I arrived, the lady at the counter stated I needed to wait 2 minutes for my order. I then saw her grab a bunch of empty boxes and start packing my order. I ended up waiting 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and was late for my meeting. Won't be a customer here anymore due to poor service and just the fact they were unapologetic that they didn't have the order ready in time, especially when they were open at 6AM and did not have anyone ordering when I showed up."
