"Ordered a venti shaken espresso, asked for them to fill it to the rim since I’m paying $6 for a drink. The cashier JJ said that’s how it’s supposed to be due to the foam-_- I’m an avid Starbucks customer, lies! They just didn’t want the hassle of doing another drink, but if you’re not gonna do it right the first time why should I have to reap the consequences SMH. 0 star on customer service from JJ, no sense of logic or critical thinking skills. Her solution was to pour more milk, my eye twitched I couldn’t believe the idiocracy. Her passive aggressiveness is going to make this business rating go even lower than it already is."
"Enployee was so rude. He yelled at me across the lobby after I waited for my drink. I ordered 3 items and my order was put out 1 item at a time. When I waited for my 2nd drink he ridiculed me for waiting. I had to ask him to stop talking to me out of sheer humiliation. Shameful!"
