"Service has never been good at this location. Stood at the counter waiting on any one of the 3 people behind the counter to actually acknowledge and take our order. All 3 of the ladies were chatting with each other. One of them was eventually going to have to take people's orders. Then ordering, she gets a little bag for each of the doughnuts we ordered. A larger bag or a box made much more sense but it was painfully clear, she could care less. Last, I asked her if she was going to heat up any of our doughnuts however she looked at us like she was confused and acted like she didn't understand what we were saying. I'm sorry, but the employees here are the laziest and most un helpful bunch of people."

"If you like Shipleys donuts, this is definitely a great place. It was clean inside and outside with a nice little outdoor eating area. We didn’t go sit there just because it was a little too busy. The drive-through was fast as I saw cars go through the service was thoughtful and friendly."

"I visit Shipley's every morning on my way to work. I order a vanilla iced coffee and a glazed donut. I am NEVER greeted with a smile. But I overlooked that because the food was good. I would consistently remind them that I didn't want the coffee from the previous day ,that are placed in cups in the drink refrigerator. I would politely request that they change the snap-on filter to make fresh coffee (reasoning being is I accepted ice coffee made with the old coffee from the day before and it was very bitter). My request began to be an everyday request. I would also have to frequently ask them to wash their hands after touching money and touching their face especially around their mouth (same young lady). I finally decided that they didn't want my business. I am just one customer who comes everyday even on Saturdays. So I changed the Shipley's (to the one on Eldridge). It's a little bit out of the way, but the service is better and I will pay more for that always!"

"Great first experience. Got my first donut (Glazed Vanilla Filled) and it was good. I didn't know I could get it warmed up that would have changed the game. I love a good yeast donut. It was not too doughy and the frosting/filling wasn't overly sweet."
