"The manager and a few employees provide fantastic service but majority of other employees treat you like they're annoyed to be there or even assist you. The drink orders are hit or miss on accuracy of your order and taste. Their food is overpriced for the small sandwiches!"
"Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Both times I came into the lobby and was ignored for 10-15 minutes. By the time you actually place your order be prepared to wait another 20-30 minutes for your 1 single coffee drink. In my 15 years of culinary experience I’ve never witnessed service this poor and this slow. They completely ignore everyone in the lobby while only concentrating seemingly on the drive through. The counters were covered in thrash and spilt drinks as was the floor behind the counter. If I could give 0 stars I would."
"I was refused service after placing my order at the drive through because of having a 100$ bill. The employee stated “we don’t have change for that right now” and refused service. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy that her and her supervisor didn’t take the time to grab change even though I was the only person in line!!!!! Clearly any Starbucks has the ability to break a $100 bill."
"This place is an absolute joke… We put an order in on the app, and sat and watched at least 30 drinks done… Asking what’s going on, leads to absent excuses (hot drinks take longer when they have cold drinks already) One of the drinks was a cold one… Next Excuse… I am extremely disappointed in this Starbucks, this place is causing a bad taste in peoples mouth… NEVER again, I will take my business to Kates…"
